Our Client Coordination Department has a nationally renowned reputation for outstanding client service. 

When we decided to build a national tax practice, we knew our client service had to be exemplary.  People will not come half way across the country to do business with lousy customer service.

So we hired the best people available and gave them the authority to do the job right.

 
Then we built a national tax practice ... clients in 46 states ... on the backs of our exemplary client service. 

Community Reaction
This all became obvious when we canvassed a handful of community leaders about doing audits again.  We were trying to talk about auditing, but once we mentioned our Client Coordination Department, that was all they wanted to talk about. That surprised us.
